Day of Consecrated Life in Arecibo, P.R.

The Bishop of Arecibo, Monsignor Daniel Fernandez, summoned all the religious congregations of the Diocese to celebrate the Day of Consecrated Life on February 1, 2015, in Arecibo´s San Felipe Cathedral. Approximately 16 congregations gathered for this activity. The committee of Consecrated Life, which Sister Elsa belongs as well as Father Roy Martinez and other Sisters from different congregations prepared Solemn Vespers, a Reflection by Father Horacio Bojorge, Jesuit priest from Uruguay, and an  Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The congregations processioned with their Symbol and Charisma. We finished the activity with a gathering at the rectory. Of the CDP Sisters who participated were Sister Veronica Oravec, Sister Juanita Torres, Sister Rose Elena Reyes, Sister Inesita Velez and Sister Elsa Medina.
