Sacred Heart holds Founder's Day celebration

Sixty-nine years ago, the Sisters of Divine Providence—with the support of Cardinal Cushing—established Sacred Heart School. What started as a very large dream of a group of bright, well-educated and determined Sisters (with an unbeatable entrepreneurial spirit) has grown to become one of the respected Catholic educational systems in Massachusetts.

Sacred Heart School has grown from its original location at 130 Court Street in Plymouth, to an expansive campus located on the Kingston/Plymouth town line. Our campus now features the Sacred Heart Early Childhood Center, Elementary School, High School, Student Athletic Center, multiple athletic fields, track and tennis facilities, cross-country trails, and the Kohout-Dingley Observatory.

Our Founder's Day observance began on January 28, 2016, with a Mass celebrated by Fr. Charles Hughes '66. CLICK HERE to view photos from the Mass.
